Delivery options and charges

Standard and express shipping options are available for eligible Australian delivery addresses. Available destinations, services, shipping charges and transit estimates are shown at checkout for your address.

Sourcing and preparation

Our gift-pack items are sourced locally as orders are received. Where required, we’ll confirm glove or polo sizing and available colours or models. If a material substitution is needed, we’ll contact you before dispatch.

Carrier transit estimates apply after dispatch and do not include sourcing and preparation time. If your gift is needed for a particular date, contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and timing.

Delivery support

Check that your delivery address is complete and correct when ordering. For address changes, delivery questions or a damaged parcel, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.
